Ordering process
We are currently accepting orders for a new custom Feisty Fox gear order. You can get yours in now! Rocket Science Sports has been generous to give us special pricing, which is much better than their retail pricing.
This is a limited time and limited quantity custom group order, that will only be open for a few weeks. Once the ordering closes, the vendor (Rocket Science Sports) will be working on processing our group order and we won't be able to accept any new orders.
To order, let us know:
- Size. Make sure you take a close look at the sizing chart. In general, the sizing tends to run small on most items, based on our previous orders. Make sure to take measurements of your body and compare it to the sizing chart above. Should you have any questions, contact Rocket Science Sports directly here. If you are still unsure of your size, make a note of that in your order.
- If you want your name/custom text on the back, let us know what it should say. Add +$5 to the price.
- If you want your gear shipped to you, add +$10 for shipping and give us the address. You can also pick it up for free in person at any in-person event.
- Payment. Only paid orders will be processed. Hence, you must pay via PayPal, Venmo or Chase transfer on or before the ordering process closes. Should you need further consideration, please contact Feisty Fox Coaching.
Return policy
We hope you love your Feisty Fox gear, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return all items without custom text on the back within 15 days of receipt. Exchanges are also possible, if your size has not sold out.
- Items with custom text on the back are NOT returnable. This is because those items already have your name on it. If you like, you can still return it and we will be happy to donate it to charity and refund your shipping cost.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless something is incorrect with your order.
To return.
1) Contact Feisty Fox coaching immediately, to communicate any issues.
2) Obtain RMA number. This is required for all returns.
3) Return the item by mail or in person within 7 days after receiving the RMA number. All gear must be returned in their original condition, with Rocket Science Sports tags intact. You are responsible for the shipping cost.
4) Upon receipt of the returned item, a receipt notification will be sent to you. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
For any exchanges and refunds.
1) Exchanging a product to another size is possible only if we have that size in stock.
2) If the size is not in stock, you can wait for the next period when we place another custom group order.
3) If you don't want to wait, you can also request a full refund for sizes Small (S), Medium (M) or Large (L). Refunds will be given only after receiving the returned product in original condition. (See To Return section above)
For gears of other sizes (YXS, YS, YM, XL, 2XL, 3XL), only 50% refund will be given upon receiving the returned product in original condition. This is a custom order and we are unable to return them in-stock for sales.
Modification or Cancellation of Order.
You may request to modify or cancel the order on or before the ordering process closes. Once ordering closes and the production vendor receives the order, all orders cannot be modified, cancelled or replaced.
