We hope you love your Feisty Fox gear, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return all non-customized items within 60 days of receipt. Exchanges are also possible, if your size has not sold out.
Additional return policy details:
- Customized products are not returnable, since attire with your name on it can only be used by you.
- Items preordered at the feistyfoxcoaching.com site or in person can be returned by mail or in person. You will receive a refund or credit. We will process your refund within 5 business days after receiving your return. During the racing/holiday season, returns may take up to 10 business days to process.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, unless something is incorrect with your order.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know by messenger, phone or email. We'll either send you a replacement (if the item is not sold out) or issue a full refund.
- Can I modify or cancel my custom order? Yes, but only if the preordering process is still open for orders. Once preordering closes and the production vendor receives the order, all customized orders cannot be modified, cancelled or replaced.
